ECWDB, Inc. will release RFP’s for operation of a WIOA Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker Program within Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pamlico, and Wayne Counties on January 20, 2026.
WIOA requires each WDB to develop and submit, in partnership with the local chief elected official, an updated comprehensive four-year plan. This plan is made available for public comment for the 30-day period beginning April 3, 2025 through May 3, 2025.
