The Eastern Carolina Workforce Development Board, Inc. will release Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for operation of a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title I Youth Program within Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pamlico, and Wayne Counties on January 11, 2021.
