ECWDB will release Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for operation of a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title I In-School Youth Program within Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pamlico, and Wayne Counties on May 9, 2022.
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires each Workforce Development Board (WDB) to develop and submit, in partnership with the local chief elected official, a comprehensive four-year plan.
We have put together this annual report to acknowledge the efforts of everyone involved and to present the impact that we have made in our community over the past year.
