The Eastern Carolina Workforce Development Board, Inc. will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for operation of a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title I On-the Job Training Program targeting Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Older Youth in Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Pamlico and Wayne Counties. The RFP will be available for email on Monday, September 14, 2020.
