NCWorks Launches Text Messaging for Business Services

The NCWorks Career Centers in Craven and Lenoir Counties will be providing text (SMS) messaging support for local employers, beginning today, Monday, June 29.

This supplemental service is made available to quickly answer general questions and guide employers to available services such as posting available jobs, finding qualified candidates, holding hiring fairs, and more. NCWorks Career Center staff will be available to field texts and respond to inquiries from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Fridays.

Businesses that have immediate hiring needs may text “NCWORKSBIZ” to 252-636-1606.
