The Aggie Disaster Response Mental Health Recovery Network is a funded grant through Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA), which is a referral-based service that connects participants to mental health counseling services, vocational services, and other referral services to residents in designated counties of North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Florence and Michael.
